The pe pipe Extrusion machine including the deviced auxiliary machines as follow:

1. The single screw extruder has high torque motor producing high capacity

2.The die is basket mould with low pressure extruding stable.

3. The vacuum sizing table with the strong spray cooling system with different efficient length acording to the different diameter of pipe.

4.The spray cooling tank has the cooling system with high speed, instead of the traditional cooling tank.

5.The haul-off machine speed is up to 35m/min if the pipe diameter is 20--63mm

6.We have offered three specifications cutting machine, the planetary cutter is suitable for more diameter 160mm pipe with high speed rotating. The dustfree cutting machine is for less 63mm pipe, not wasting sawdust. The annulus cutting device is for less 160mm pipe with better hot melt.
